DS9, 7x21 "When It Rains"

Not to state the obvious, but we would like to note that the DS9/NEM and VOY duty trousers were not only worn with the DS9/NEM "captain ensemble" (jacket, vest, division shirt, trousers) and the VOY 2-piece ensemble (jacket and trousers + undershirt), but also with the DS9/NEM admiral uniforms:

They were also presumably worn with the late TNG/VOY-style formal uniforms, though for their appearances in early/mid Deep Space Nine and throughout Voyager, the costume department may have simply recycled/repurposed TNG trousers:
