Lastly, just as the occasional split at the bottom of the pant legs was accidentally seen with the DS9/NEM duty jumpsuits (here's looking at you, Worf!), so it was with the duty trousers:

Oh, and speaking of Worf - sure enough, his duty trousers' pant legs had the split, just like his duty jumpsuit's did, as evidenced by these photos from Niner's Paradise, a wonderful blog showcasing an impressive collection of screen-used Star Trek costumes - check it out!
