Tutorial, part 3 - Back

Sew the side back (piece C) to the center back (piece D) along the back seam line, right sides together. 

Press seam allowances open.

TIP: It's extremely helpful to use a tailor's ham at the top, where the seam line is curved.

            

Repeat for the other side. 

Sew the two back assemblies together at the center back, right sides together. 

Press seam allowances open. (It's again helpful here to use a tailor's ham here!)
